Here We Go Again

2016 was the last I uploaded to any kind of blog.

I used to keep up with that sort of thing in an attempt to keep my art relevant.
I’m now a full time artist in the videogame industry without a need to really push my art into the world.
I do keep a professional portfolio, albeit, it hasn’t been updated in a long time.

In the last year, I’ve moved from taking photos with my phone to using digital point and shoots where the quality bar is expectedly low and you can’t see the result until you get home and plug the thing in. I’ve really enjoyed this form of photography and moving away from the instant gratification. Even if it comes at the price of that low quality bar.

I initially created this site for an art show I had about a year ago. I needed a place to “sell” my paintings. I quickly abandoned the site thereafter due to laziness.
I haven’t been painting since, but maybe this will serve as a motivational factor.

For the sake of my own records and entertainment, I’ve decided to launch myself back into this style of documentation.
I’m hoping it serves as some inspiration for myself, or maybe to a reader or two.
Let’s see what happens!
